Restorative Dentistry
Repairing or replacing damaged and missing teeth so you can chew and smile normally again.
When a tooth is cracked, worn down, or gone, restorative work brings function back. We offer everything from single fillings to full-arch implant solutions, depending on what the situation calls for.
Repairing existing teeth
Fillings address cavities and minor fractures using tooth-colored composite material. Root canals save teeth that have infected or damaged pulp — the procedure gets a bad reputation it doesn’t fully deserve; most patients find it comparable to a filling. Crowns cap and protect teeth that are too damaged for a filling but still worth saving.
Replacing missing teeth
Dental implants are the closest thing to a natural tooth — a titanium post fused to the jawbone, topped with a crown. They function like real teeth and don’t require adjacent teeth to be modified. Dental implant restoration covers the crown portion for patients who already have implant posts placed.
Dental bridges span a gap using the neighboring teeth as anchors. They’re a proven option when implants aren’t the right fit.
Full and partial dentures replace multiple or all missing teeth. We fit both, and we can anchor a denture to implants (overdenture) for patients who want more stability than a traditional removable denture provides.
All-on-4 and Teeth in a Day are full-arch implant options. All-on-4 uses four strategically placed implants to support a complete arch of teeth. Teeth in a Day goes further — in select cases, new teeth are placed and functional the same day as the implant surgery, which significantly reduces the time you spend without teeth. These procedures are done here, in our office on W Sahara Ave, without referral to a separate surgical center.
Periodontal and supporting work
Periodontal therapy (deep cleaning / scaling and root planing) addresses gum disease before it advances to the point of tooth loss. Bone grafting rebuilds jaw volume lost to extraction or disease — often a prerequisite for implant placement. Tooth extractions and wisdom teeth removal are handled in-office as well.
