Our suite is in a small professional complex at 5320 W Sahara, between Decatur and Jones. Parking is easy. The building is low-key — it’s a dental office, not a production.
Patients describe it as the kind of place that’s been here a while, where the staff knows their name. Dr. Earl and Dr. Espinueva have both been at this location for years. A lot of patients have been coming here since their kids were small.

We accept most PPO dental plans, VA benefits, Tricare, Metro Police, Clark County Fire, and City of Las Vegas Fire. Uninsured patients get a 10% discount when paying at scheduling, or 15% with cash.
